The goal of coaching is to increase sales and profits as quickly as possible. In order for this to work, you must keep commitments and do what you agree to do. Always be prepared for the call by being in a quiet place, infront of a desktop computer and with no distractions. Have a pen and paper handy. Record the call. Let the coach focus you on the money making activities.
Coaching is 1/2 hour at the same time each week (40 calls per year). The coach is responsible to be available for the call. The coach will call you. If you can not make the call , the next call will be on the following week. Call times can not be rescheduled. Coach may not return texts. Please use voice communications only such as voice recorded messages. Coaching can be cancelled with 30 day notice. Coaching payments are not refundable.
Being coached is an exciting opportunity that will give you a variety of new ideas and options resulting in more closings. The cost of coaching is well worth the financial benefits that will result. Financial results generally take 6 months to be in your pocket. In most cases your income should double each year. Successful performers have a great coach.
