No, Only a one time sign on fee of $250.
What does the company require of me?
Nothing except that you pay your Realtor, licensing and MLS dues
Will I recieve training?
Yes if you need training, we offer an in person class each month at a local Sarasota venue. We also provide videos and phone coaching.
