Question:

I dont want to pay a commission. How can I use your services and not pay a commission.

Answer:

Just tell me how much you want to walk away with at closing. The comission is used as a marketing tool. Its basically a rebate to the buyer that helps them afford their buyers agent and even pays for your listing agent. My job is that you leave a closing table with the amount you asked for or better, otherwise our service is free. I will submit each offer to you with all the costs accounted for.  This puts you in control of which offer you accept.

Question:

Will my home sell for the same price regardless of who sells it?

Answer:

No. Some sales people will get you more than others.

Question:

How long does it take to complete the sale?

Answer:

2 weeks if it is a cash buyer. 30 to 45 days if the buyer is using bank financing. This is true if the home is priced accurately.

Question: Do I need to be in the local area during any part of the sale or closing?

Answer:

No. I will take care of everything here for you. I will need your email address so you can sign the contract online.

Question: Do I need to make repairs and updates?

Answer:

It depends on your goals. If you want top dollar, Yes. If you just want to sell quick at the best price, maybe not.
